The various waste products of food and the dhatus after metabolical process are called "Malas". There are 3 primary malas - Purisa(feces), Mutra (urine) and Sveda (sweat).
Purisa is the post-digested waste of food. Once post-digested food gets absorbed into the small intestine and water and salt are absorbed in the large intestine, the residue now converted into solid feces called Purisa mala.
Mutra is the liquid waste derived from various biological processes. It is being processed by the urinary system consisting of kidneys, uterus, bladder, and urethra.
Sveda is the waste product of meda dhatu (fatty tissue). It gets eliminated through skin pores. The channels through which the Sveda comes to skin surface are known as Sveda vaha srotas.
